Upcoming event vendor registration

Vendor registrations are now open for both The Wizarding World of Fort Stockton and the 2018 Garage Birthday bash Music Festival.

Each event has very specific guidelines, so please each carefully before submitting your form, and wait for official confirmation that your space is reserved before making plans to set up.

BOTH events are free for vendors, there is NO fee, but space is limited.

Wizarding World of Fort Stockton on 9/1/18

Food Vendors MUST have a special event permit from the City of Fort Stockton and must provide a copy of the permit after confirmation is provided and your space is reserved. Permit copies MUST be provided to The Garage BY 8/25/18 or the space will be forfeited.

We restrict vendors on items, so only one vendor may sell any particular item. For example, only one vendor can sell wands, no one else will be allowed to sell that item. This ensures variety to the consumer, as well as better sales for the vendor. This is a STRICT policy, and we HAVE ejected vendors during events for attempting to sell items they did not register for so please be COMPLETE and THOROUGH in your listing of items/menu.

This event is held indoors in our music hall, vendor space is very limited. Each accepted vendor will be given approximately 3’x3′ of display space. Plan to store extra inventory under your table. 2 seats per vender will be provided. It’s a tight fit, most vendors opt to only have one person manning their table at a time. Vendors are encouraged to decorate the space fitting the theme of the event.

Vendors for this event must somehow tie products in to the theme. It can be a loose relation – ie, hand lotions are “potions”. This is where planning your display makes your product fit in more.

Vendors are required to stay on site for the duration of the open event (noon to 6 pm minimum). Details on when you may set up will be provided with your registration confirmation.

Vendors may NOT bring their own tables, seats, etc to this event. They must use the provided space. Power is available for SOME vendors. Indicate on your form if you require power at your table. Water is NOT provided at booths.

This ensures variety to the consumer, as well as better sales for the vendor. This is a STRICT policy, and we HAVE ejected vendors during the event for attempting to sell items they did not register for so please be COMPLETE and THOROUGH in your listing of items/menu.

Power and water are NOT provided. Vendors are required to provide their own generators if power is needed. If using a generator, please note that on your registration form.

Vendors are required to stay on site for the duration of the event (noon to midnight). Details on when you may set up will be provided with your registration confirmation.

Vendors must provide their own tables, canopies, seats, etc. for the Bash.
