Vendor space is limited and is being offered on a first-come-first-serve basis, There is no fee for vendor space. Vendors must register by August 15 to be guaranteed space. Vendors will need to provide their own tents, tables, etc, and food vendors will need to obtain permits from the City. Any food vendor who will be cooking on-site will also need to have a working fire extinguisher at their site. We recommend you bring small generators for fans or lights you may want or need to use as power and water are not available at the vendor sites. To register, call print the 2017 Garage Birthday Bash Vendor Registration Form, complete and bring to The Garage, 1110 N Main St, Fort Stockton (copies of the form are also available at The Garage for pick up). Vendor types are limited: no duplication of products or services, so the first to register for a particular type of item will be the only vendor selling that item. This is STRICTLY enforced.
All donations are tax-deductible. Some of these musicians are traveling many miles to come to Fort Stockton. A $150 sponsorship will help pay for the expenses of one artist, but any amount you can contribute will be greatly appreciated! All sponsors will be featured on promotional materials, including flyers and banners, as well on the event website.
Donations can be made by cash or check at The Garage, or mailed to:
