Vendor Info

Vendor space is limited and is being offered on a first-come-first-serve basis, There is no fee for vendor space. Vendors must register before the event to be guaranteed space. Vendors will need to provide their own tents, tables, etc, and food vendors will need to obtain permits from the City. There are a very limited number of spots with power or water, so we recommend you bring small generators for fans or lights they may want or need to use. To register, call The Garage at (432) 701-0588, or fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Vendor types are limited: no duplication of products or services, so the first to register for a particular type of item will be the only vendor selling that item.

** ATTENTION PROSPECTIVE BASH VENDORS: please read the event details carefully – we are only allowing ONE of each type of item so we don’t have 5 people all selling the same item at the music festival. This means if someone registered before you, we will not be allowing you to sell the same product. Yes, we already have a number of vendors who have registered, so that means you really need to check with us to see if the product you want to sell is still allowed. The easiest way to find out is to call us at 432-701-0588 and ask. You can sell something similar, but not the same. For example, if someone has already registered to sell brisket burritos, that doesn’t exclude you from selling chorizo & potato burritos. Just a few of the items that have already been registered:
Sodas/water/energy drinks, sno cones, brisket burritos, tacos al pastor plates **
